Material must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, be in re-saleable condition, and the invoice number on which the material was originally purchased must be provided. When returns are accepted a 15% re-handling charge will be made unless otherwise agreed. No material will be picked up from a customer without proper written authorization from ShopThermostats.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a product other than what you ordered, please place a new order for that product and return the unwanted product for a refund.
- Shop Thermostats and its affiliated companies do not provide refunds for outbound shipping.
- If an item was shipped free to a customer and then returned for a refund; the actual cost for ShopThermostats to ship the item will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
- If an item must be returned due to an error on our part we will arrange to bring the item back at our expense and issue a full refund.
Credit for Returns
Refunds can take between 7-10 business days to be processed from the date the items are received in our warehouse. It can take an additional three to four business days for the issuing bank to post your credit.
- If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled and it has not shipped from our facility, we will process the cancellation request. Our orders ship within hours of the order placement, so it is imperative that you review your order carefully prior to checkout.
- If the order has already shipped we will be unable to process any cancellation requests.
- To cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, and the items you wish you cancel within the email.
